1.Information obtained directly from your mobile device:

We will only collect your location information with your explicit consent. If you decline to provide consent, we may be unable to access your location data, which could affect the security of your account and our evaluation of your financial environment’s safety.

Location data is collected exclusively through your IP address. All information will be encrypted and securely transmitted to our servers via the HTTPS protocol. You have the option to either agree or decline.

CAMERA: To protect your account and personal information from fraud or unauthorized use, our application requires access to your device’s camera for real-time liveness detection during identity verification. This process ensures the current user is you and is crucial for completing Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and securing your account.

You may choose whether to grant camera access; however, declining it may affect the verification process. Camera access is used strictly for real-time identity verification to enhance account security. By authorizing access, you consent to its use under our data protection policies, ensuring your information remains secure.

APP LIST: We collect your device’s app list to identify potential fraud risks or malware that could compromise your financial security, such as fake location apps or cloned email/contact tools. This helps us verify the authenticity of your information and assess your credit risk. The data collected includes app name, package name, version, installation date, and update time, all of which are encrypted and securely transmitted via HTTPS.

This process ensures a safe operating environment for your loan application. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, aligning with our data protection policies.

DEVICE INFORMATION: We collect your device information to prevent unauthorized access and protect against fraud. This includes hardware details (model, RAM, storage, OS, IMEI, IMSI, serial number, Android ID, MAC address), SIM information (network operator, roaming status, MNC, MCC), and Wi-Fi/mobile network data.

This helps us verify your identity, assess your creditworthiness, and ensure device security. All information is encrypted and securely transmitted via HTTPS. Data will only be collected with your consent and will never be shared with third parties without your authorization, adhering to strict data protection policies.

SMS DATA COLLECTION: We collect and analyze your SMS data to assess your financial situation, measure credibility, detect potential fraud, and evaluate credit risk. This helps us process your loan application safely and efficiently, ensuring faster approvals. SMS data will only be accessed with your explicit authorization (READ_SMS permission) and securely transmitted via encrypted protocols to our servers.

The data is analyzed and permanently deleted afterward, without being shared with third parties. If you decline authorization, the app cannot provide normal services. SMS data will not be accessed when the app is closed or not in use.

2.Information obtained directly from your mobile device:

When you register an account in our platform, you have to provide to us certain Personal Information, including your name, National ID , date of birth, gender, education background, physical address, e-mail address, working information, marital status, emergence contact, your phone number, SIM card details, and an Account ID and/or password that you will use to access the App after registration.

When you use the App, you have to provide to us such relevant information as may reasonably be required by us in order for the App to work.

3.Information from Business Partners and other Third Parties

● Pesawa may collect personal information through our Business Partners. This information may include contact information, such as name, company name, job title, address, e-mail address, and phone number for verification and validation purposes.

● Pesawa may also obtain personal information from other third-party sources, including publicly and commercially available sources. We may combine the information we receive from our Business Partners and other third-party sources with information that we collect from you, as described above.

How do we protect your personal information

Your information will be encrypted by us and uploaded to our own server (https://database.Pesawa.com) securely using HTTPS. We promise that we will not change your data and will not share your data with any third party. You The data will only be used by us for risk assessment analysis.

Your Rights

We will use your data for the purposes of compiling statistics relating to our user base or loan portfolio and may disclose such information to any third party for such purposes, provided that such information will always be anonymous.

Should we wish to use your information for marketing purposes, we will inform you prior to such use. You shall be entitled to prevent such usage by informing us, within 10 days of being informed of the proposed use, that you do not wish to disclose such information. Kindly note, by signing this form, you allow Pesawa to share your credit information, both positive and negative with Credit Reference Bureau, and also to check your credit report for credit appraisal purposes.
